We believe and operate on the principle that well-founded business ethics should form the basis for all of our relationships with employees, clients, partners, candidates and other associates. Dealings that fall short of these standards can only undercut our business integrity, standards of excellence, and ultimately our success as a company. For this reason we are fully committed to operating in a professional, ethically sound manner that upholds our values and good judgment while respecting our acclaimed clients.
HRG Management strives at all times to uphold the highest achievable ethical standards. We treat our valued clients and candidates in the way that we ourselves would expect and want to be treated.
That’s why you can be confident in knowing that:
- We will never falsify information or provide inaccurate details
- We do not create/make up candidates or positions
- We will never deliberately misrepresent a company or candidate
- We will by no means charge a Candidate any fee
- We will only charge Clients a fee if they were informed in advance of that charge before it is incurred
